Forklift Operator

About The Role
Motion Recruitment is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in the operations of a fast-paced logistics environment. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in a dynamic, collaborative workplace along with being part of a great team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading metro & Linehaul units
• Shifting freight to designated areas
• Making sure trucks are loaded properly and safely
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure trucks are leaving site on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, with a valid F & OSH
• Experience loading & unloading B Trains & Truck & Trailers
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
