Department: Operations / Warehouse / Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Site Supervisor

Job Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts for loading, unloading, transporting, and stacking materials within warehouses, yards, and project sites. The candidate should also possess experience in driving 7-ton and 10-ton trucks for material and equipment transportation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and goods.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
• Transport materials within warehouse, yard, and project sites.
• Operate and drive 7-ton and 10-ton trucks for delivery and transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and vehicles before operation.
• Report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Ensure compliance with all HSE and traffic safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement and deliveries when required.
• Assist with inventory handling, stock arrangement, and warehouse activities.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Forklift Operator License/Certification.
• Valid UAE Driving License (relevant category for operating 7-ton and 10-ton vehicles).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating forklifts.
• Proven experience driving 7-ton and 10-ton trucks in the UAE.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and material handling procedures.
• Good understanding of safety practices and traffic regulations.
• Physically fit and capable of handling operational requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance checks for forklifts and commercial vehicles.

Pay: AED990.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
