Forklift Operator - Pick Packer

Workforce International are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious High Reach Forklift Operator to join our client’s fast-paced logistics warehouse team, located in Kewdale.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced forklift operator with strong warehouse and pick/pack experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (hours may be flexible and potential for overtime)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a high-reach forklift to move, store and retrieve stock throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods and accurately position stock within racking.
• Undertake pick and pack duties, ensuring orders are accurately prepared for dispatch.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock movement, receipting and organising inventory.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain accurate product placement.
• Follow warehouse procedures, pedestrian safety requirements and designated forklift operating zones.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily warehouse and dispatch requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift (LF) licence with proven high-reach forklift experience.
• Previous experience in pick and pack and general warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and pedestrian awareness.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking and preparing orders.
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit for warehouse duties.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
