Forklift Operator – PM Shift | Darra, QLD

Full Time| $36.78 per hour (Includes freezer and penalties) | Comgroup Supplies

We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator to join our ever-growing warehouse team, located at our Darra site.

🌤️ CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:

• PM shifts (1:45pm-11:30pm) – Monday to Friday

🏭 DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload trucks with raw materials, finished goods, and other supplies.
• Moving stock around the cold room warehousing facility while replenishing required product.
• Use of RF scanners to monitor inventory, order picking and shipping of products.
• Ensure consistent adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Report all safety or maintenance issues to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager

🦺 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS ROLE:

• Valid LF forklift licence (LO licence is an advantage).
• Minimum 2-3 years forklift operating - counterbalance and high reach experience (production or logistics cold room environment – not mandatory but advantageous).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of safety standards.
• Basic understanding of warehouse/logistics operations, and inventory systems.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
• Permanent working rights in Australia - citizen or permanent resident.
