LOGISTEED America is seeking dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations in Jackson, Georgia. This role requires experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklift models in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Performance Pay Increase Opportunity: Following a successful 90-day performance evaluation, employees may be eligible for an hourly wage increase of $0.50 to $1.00, based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you will support warehouse operations through receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and safe material handling activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and document safety checks.
• Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pull, palletize, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Store freight and inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy activities.
• Use RF scanners, warehouse technology, and shipping documentation systems.
• Identify and report damaged freight, products, equipment, or facility concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company, customer, OSHA, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• At least one year of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts
• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to read, write, count, and accurately follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to speak and read English fluently

Preferred

• Experience in automotive, warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement concepts.
