Forklift / Production Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift / Production Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused individual with forklift experience to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Roster: 2 Days On, 2 Days Off
• Ongoing casual opportunity with potential for long-term employment

Key Responsibilities

• Complete packing activities for finished goods and warehouse/stores operations in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently within the production area.
• Operate production equipment, including electronic pallet jacks, tape machines, and other machinery as required.
• Monitor stock levels and report material shortages to maintain production efficiency.
• Adhere to GMP requirements, site safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace safety.

Skills & Experience

• Current and valid LF Forklift Licence.
• Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating warehouse or production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
