Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties

• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and manual inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Pick and prepare orders with precision using order picker equipment, ensuring timely fulfillment for shipping and distribution needs.
• Load and unload trucks by adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse safety protocols established by OSHA.
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Assist with shipping & receiving tasks, including verifying shipments against documentation, proper labeling, and documentation updates.
• Follow all safety standards in warehouse operations, including manual handling procedures, heavy lifting techniques, and proper use of material handling equipment to prevent injuries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklift types such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, or Hi-Lo forklifts within a warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and inventory control processes.
• Knowledge of materials handling best practices including heavy lifting, manual handling techniques, and safety standards such as OSHA regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy.
• Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse distribution is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols in production environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.05 per hour
