Forklift Operator/Warehouseman

Job Summary

Responsible for receiving, storing, monitoring, and maintaining inventory accuracy of local and imported materials. Ensures proper stock handling, inventory control, and timely reporting to support production and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Vocational, or College Level; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
• Experience in warehouse operations, receiving, or inventory control is preferred
• Familiar with warehouse procedures and inventory management practices
• Computer literate; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage
• Must possess a valid Heavy Equipment Operation (Forklift) NC II
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal
• Can start immediately
• Able to work under pressure and render overtime when necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect local and imported materials and parts.
• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, transport, and store materials within the warehouse.
• Store materials in designated locations following proper labeling and FIFO practices.
• Update inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
• Monitor raw material inventory and prepare inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Track supplier deliveries and maintain delivery monitoring reports.
• Analyze and report critical material shortages based on production requirements.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and inventory variance analysis.
• Monitor slow-moving and excess inventory items.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
