FORKLIFT TRAINER

a. Conducts trade test for forklift, reach trucks, transporters and other equipment.

b. Strictly adhere to evaluation form and ensure passed applicants are competent.

c. Facilitate training to warehouse personnel regularly for forklift, reach trucks, transporters and other

equipment related to warehouse operations day shift and night shift.

d. Following the schedule of trade test and training in timely manner.

e. Conducts meeting with equipment operators to address concern and improvements.

f. Conduct refresher training and competency re-evaluation of existing equipment operators.

g. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, trade test results, competency evaluations and

training history.

h. Assist in developing and implementing new training programs, safety campaigns and competency

improvement initiatives.

i. Generates incident reports and escalate immediately to superior.

j. Reports and raises any malpractice seen and observed from operators.

k. Coordinates concerns with Operations Asst. Manager and Manager if necessary.
