Form F Assessor

Form F Assessor – Independent / Sessional - £2500 per assessment

Bee Kind Fostering is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and child-focused Form F Assessor to work with us on an independent basis.

At Bee Kind Fostering, we believe that finding the right foster families starts with a thoughtful, robust and supportive assessment process. We are looking for an assessor who shares our values and can build positive relationships with prospective foster carers while maintaining high professional and regulatory standards.

As a Form F Assessor, you will manage assessments from initial allocation through to completion, producing high-quality, analytical and evidence-based reports that provide a clear picture of an applicant’s strengths, experiences, support needs and capacity to provide safe, nurturing and stable care for children.

We’re looking for someone who has:

A recognised Social Work qualification and current Social Work England registration Experience of undertaking Form F assessments within fostering

A strong understanding of fostering legislation, regulations and National Minimum Standards

Excellent assessment, analytical and report-writing skills

A thorough understanding of safeguarding and safer caring

The ability to work independently, manage timescales and communicate effectively with applicants and the wider fostering team

A warm, professional and values-led approach, with children’s welfare at the heart of their practice
