Form Workers

We’re currently seeking reliable and experienced formwork/boxing workers for our client in Napier, starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret plans to carry out work accurately.
• Assemble and dismantle formwork/boxing for concrete pours.
• Prepare foundations, footings, floors, slabs, kerbs, and channels.
• Ensure formwork is safe, level, and properly secured.
• Carry out concrete placing, screeding, levelling, and finishing.
• Work with concrete teams to achieve smooth and accurate finishes.
• Carry out roading, kerb, and channel concrete works.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in concrete formwork/boxing.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.
• Able to read and interpret construction plans.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

What we offer:

• $27–$30 per hour, depending on experience
