Job Title: eBook Formatter & Publication Executive
Level: Mid-Level (2-4 years of experience)

Role Overview
We are looking for an eBook Formatter & Publication Executive to prepare manuscripts for digital publication and manage the process through to final release on publishing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Format manuscripts into clean, professional eBooks (EPUB, MOBI, PDF) as per platform guidelines.
• Design and apply consistent layouts, including table of contents, chapters, fonts, images, and metadata.
• Publish and manage titles on platforms such as Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Kobo, and Google Play Books.
• Check files for errors, formatting issues, and device compatibility before release.
• Coordinate with authors, editors, and designers to meet publishing deadlines.
• Maintain a publication tracker covering file versions, ISBNs, pricing, and release status.
• Handle book listings, including descriptions, keywords, and categories.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in eBook formatting or digital publishing.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Calibre, Sigil, Vellum, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for EPUB editing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple titles at once.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with KDP Print (paperback formatting).
• Basic Photoshop or Canva skills for simple cover adjustments.
• Knowledge of Amazon keyword and category optimization.

Job: Onsite

Location: Shahra e faisal

Pay: Rs32,000.00 - Rs96,000.00 per month
