Job Description

We are looking for a Formulation & Development professional with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical formulation development for ROW / Emerging Markets.

The candidate will be responsible for formulation development, optimization, stability studies, scale-up and technology transfer activities for oral dosage forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for ROW / Emerging Markets.
• Execute laboratory trials for Oral Solid Dosage (Tablets/Capsules) and/or Liquid Oral formulations.
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and evaluate excipient compatibility.
• Prepare and review formulation development protocols, reports and technical documentation.
• Plan, execute and evaluate stability studies and interpret stability data.
• Participate in scale-up, exhibit batch manufacturing and technology transfer activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs and Analytical Development teams.
• Support preparation and review of Product Development Reports (PDR) and dossier-related documentation.
• Investigate formulation-related issues and support implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity and company quality standards.

Educational Qualification

• M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics) preferred.
• B.Pharm candidates with relevant F&D experience may also be considered.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Formulation & Development.
• Hands-on experience in OSD and/or Liquid Oral formulations.
• Experience in formulation development for ROW / Emerging Markets preferred.
• Exposure to scale-up, stability and technology transfer activities.
