• Formwork Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop formwork solutions for construction projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shell plans, calculations, and material specifications.
• Develop shop/fabrication drawings and support fabrication methods.
• Collaborate with site teams, project managers, and clients.
• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and safety compliance.
• Provide technical support during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in formwork design (Mivan Formwork preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driving license and own two/four-wheeler required.

Preferences

• Experience: 3–5 years.
• Candidates residing in or near Kharghar, Navi Mumbai preferred.
