X-Form WA is growing and we're looking for good, reliable people to join our team.

We currently have a strong pipeline of high-end residential, multi-storey and commercial projects across Perth, with ongoing work available for the right people.

We're not looking to just fill numbers — we're looking for people who turn up, work well as part of a team and take pride in what they do.

Full-time opportunities and ongoing training are available to the right candidates.

FORMWORK CARPENTERS

We're looking for experienced carpenters who have:

• Strong knowledge of formwork systems and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings
• Current Construction White Card
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
• Full Australian working rights
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic

Desirable tickets:
SB, RI, DG, EWP and Working at Heights.

These tickets are an advantage but not essential.

HAMMER HANDS / LABOURERS

Experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

We're looking for people who:

• Are willing to assist our formwork carpenters and learn the trade
• Turn up on time and are consistently reliable
• Hold a current Construction White Card
• Can work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Take safety and site housekeeping seriously
• Want the opportunity to learn and progress

Training and opportunities to move up within X-Form are available to people who put in the effort.

CONCRETERS

We're looking for experienced concreters who can:

• Place and finish concrete to a high standard
• Work on slabs, walls, columns and stairs
• Look after concrete tools and equipment
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Assist with the erection and dismantling of formwork when required

Applicants must hold a current Construction White Card and be reliable.
