FORMWORKS ENGINEER

About the role

Develop detailed formwork and scaffolding design plans based on structural drawings and project requirements. Prepare formwork and scaffolding layout, material estimates, and technical drawings. Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure proper execution of formwork and scaffolding design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed formwork and scaffolding design plans based on structural drawings and project requirements
• Prepare formwork and scaffolding layout, material estimates, and technical drawings
• Coordinate with the supervisor to ensure proper execution of formwork and scaffolding design
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and quality control procedures
• Evaluate and recommend cost-effective formwork systems and materials
• Perform other tasks or special assignments as directed by the Superior and/or Management

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Experience in formwork and scaffolding design, structural works, or construction engineering
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, or other structural/design software
• Familiarity with construction methods, safety standards, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site and handle field supervision when necessary
• Good communication and teamwork skills
