Forward Deloyed Engineer

Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, deploy AI capabilities, and accelerate business value realization across enterprise functions

Responsibility :

• Business problem discovery & opportunity identification : Partner with business tams to understand operational challenges and opportunities
• AI solution deployment & implementation : Deploy AI products, AI agents, automation solutions, and analytics capabilities into business operations
• Pilot-to-production scaling : Scale successful AI pilots into enterprise solutions
• Product delivery & squad leadership : Lead cross-functional product squads
• AI, data & business insight enablement : Identify AI and analytics opportunities within the domain
• Stakeholder management & communication : Act as primary product representative for business stakeholders

Qualification :

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related fields

• 5+ years of experience in Software/AI Engineering.

• Proven experience deploying at least 3 AI/ML applications into production with measurable business impact.

• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and business stakeholders.

• Experience in Farm, Factory, Supply Chain, or related business domains is preferred.

• Experience in AI, analytics, automation, or enterprise platforms.

• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI/LLM solutions into production environments.

• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills are a plus.
