Aufgaben

You should be excited by

• Work on the customer-site a couple of days a week
• Take over payroll services and automate it
• Building a product that automates complex compliance workflows
• Write product specs to handover to engineers
• Build custom AI-powered workflows, and continuously push the boundary of what can be automated
• Working directly with the senior founders to tackle both

Qualifikation

We're less interested in your credentials than your trajectory.

We don't have a predefined model of what a great forward-deployed engineer looks like.

Great engineers come from different backgrounds, think differently, and solve problems differently.

What matters to us is that you:

• Are excited by the idea that AI is changing how software is built.
• Have strong product & engineering fundamentals.
• Learn quickly.
• Take ownership.
• Care about outcomes more than titles.
• Want to build one of the first Swiss AI-native service companies
• Want to understand the business domain
