Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Capability Center) - 5 Openings

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (ai Capability Center) - 5 Openings to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build features as a full-stack developer on AWS and Azure
• Collaborate daily with business users to develop solutions
• Maintain high quality through testing and evaluations
• Follow design direction from the Solution Architect while identifying gaps

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software or AI development experience
• Proficient in Python, AWS or Azure
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong builder mindset, comfortable collaborating with business users
• Experience in healthcare or higher education environments
