Forward Deployed Engineer

• We are seeking a technically skilled Technical Account Manager with B2B outreach experience to fine-tune AI Agents to match customers’ brand voice, compliance constraints, and risk tolerance to maximize performance and effectiveness
• In addition, you’ll provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer so customer teams can adopt and leverage AI agents successfully
• This role will entail building, integrating and deploying AI agents tailored to each customer: data ingestion pipelines, custom integrations, connectors to CRMs / MAPs / internal tools, and full-stack code as needed
• Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution
• Collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance
• Use data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomes
• Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems
• Build, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns
• Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach
• Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting
• Track and respond to campaign replies
• Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels
• Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes
• Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap

• Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
• Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
• Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
