In the field, you will

• Embed directly with customers to solve real, high-stakes problems hands-on
• Own the full arc from discovery to deployed solution
• Partner closely with product & engineering
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers
• Balance shipping speed against long-term maintainability
• Explore new tools and stacks to match whatever environment the customer runs
• Uphold a collaborative team culture while operating independently in the field

We're looking for fullstack builders who are energized by ambiguity and customer contact: people comfortable scoping a problem on the fly, building the solution, and deploying it themselves.

You may be a good fit if you

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer, ideally deeply embedded with design and product teams. Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments.
• Technical skills: Knowledge in React and some level of experience with one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar). Some familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
• Product focus: Excited about shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Inclusive mindset: Values different perspectives, creates space for input from others, and helps foster a positive team culture.

• Location: Hybrid - we’re in the office in Palo Alto, CA near the Caltrain station from Tuesday to Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays remote.
