Forward Deployed Engineers | Senior and Mid-Level

Austin, Washington DC or Atlanta preferred | Significant customer-site travel

We’re hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to take AI solutions from customer discovery through to production. You’ll build systems that run inside customers’ own infrastructure, including secure and air-gapped environments, and help deliver measurable business results.

You’ll scope solutions with stakeholders, integrate AI platforms with enterprise data and applications, and build agentic workflows and RAG pipelines. You’ll also select and tune models for the available hardware, support security reviews, and train customer teams.

We’re looking for:

• Hands-on Python experience and production delivery experience
• Experience building RAG and agentic systems
• An understanding of model selection, fine-tuning, quantization and benchmarking
• The ability to work with customers from solution design through deployment

The Senior hire will lead engagements and mentor other engineers. Mid-level hires will own technical workstreams and grow into customer-facing architecture.
