You'll work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy data and AI solutions that solve real business problems. From technical discovery to production, you'll have the opportunity to influence how solutions take shape.

 

What You'll Do

 

• Own the architecture:

  Design and deliver end-to-end, production-grade data and AI solutions on Databricks.

• Solve customer challenges:

  Translate business needs into technical solutions, advising customers on the right approach.

• Build for scale:

  Develop data pipelines, Lakehouse architectures, governed AI applications, and integrations.

• Drive technical decisions:

  Balance security, performance, scalability, and business value.

• Innovate and improve:

  Explore new Databricks capabilities, develop reusable solutions, and contribute to engineering best practices.

What You'll Bring

 

• 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or AI/ML.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end production solutions on Databricks.
• Strong expertise in Python, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Experience with Databricks Workflows, CI/CD, Databricks Asset Bundles, and at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, debugging, and development workflows.
• Understanding of modern data architectures, AI/ML integration, and production engineering.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers and communicating technical concepts clearly.

• Databricks Professional Certification.
• Experience with AI/BI Genie, Metric Views, MLflow, Model Serving, or AI Gateway.
• Experience developing AI agents or customer-facing AI applications.
• Nordic language skills.
