The Team

Embed with Point11's first European enterprise customers and put Point11 to work inside their business: digital twins of their customers and the campaigns that run on them, and Site, Chat, and Voice in their live customer journeys. You write in their codebase and ship to their customers. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

• Lead Point11's first UK deployment: a bank or insurer's customer data, its digital twins, and the campaign that shows where its customers get stuck.
• Deploy Point11 Voice inside a European customer journey, within GDPR and the customer's own compliance rules.
• Write the European deployment playbook the next FDEs will use.

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

• Learn a client's stack, org chart, and constraints, then find exactly where our platform fits
• Debug production during rollouts and present the architecture to heads of engineering
• Own the technical relationship. Client feedback goes straight to core engineering as product input
• Work with our London Account Executive from first meeting to go-live
• Fix what breaks at launch, document what works, and make every FDE faster

About You

• You've shipped production software and you're strong across the stack
• You've integrated enterprise systems: CRMs, CDPs, data warehouses, APIs, SSO/SAML
• You earn trust in a room of executives and respect in a room of senior engineers
• You have the right to work in the UK
• You're in London or willing to relocate. This role is hybrid, with up to 50% travel to client sites.

Even Better If You Have

• Client-facing engineering: solutions engineering, professional services, or consulting
• Financial services, insurance, or retail in the UK or Europe
• GDPR and data residency in practice
• Hands-on with AI/ML APIs, conversational AI, or voice agents
