About the Role

This is a customer-facing engineering role for someone with 1-2 years of experience who wants to work close to real business problems. You’ll embed with customer teams, learn how their operations actually run, and build the AI systems that make a measurable difference.

What You’ll Do

• Work with customers to understand their processes, legacy systems and what success looks like
• Turn loosely defined problems into clear architectures and working production systems
• Build AI agents, workflows, integrations and data pipelines on the company’s platform
• Take what you learn from deployments back to the product team to shape what gets built next

Requirements

• 1-2 years of engineering/FDE experience
• Computer Science or relevant technical degree
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms and system design
• Are comfortable working across APIs, databases and data flows
• Enjoy bringing structure to messy, ambiguous problems
• Are happy talking to both technical and business stakeholders, and travelling regularly

Nice to Have

Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation or React.
