Designation/Role: Lead / Developer – Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Description :

• 8+ years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer delivering production software, including 3+ years within a single industry across multiple functions or horizontal domains.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery, from customer discovery and success metrics to production deployment.
• Translate complex business challenges into technical architectures, implementation roadmaps, and scalable solutions.
• Build production-grade backend services, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and payment integrations.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for fraud detection, risk modeling, dispute automation, and reconciliation.
• Build LLM-powered applications and AI agents using RAG, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Leverage AI coding assistants and automation tools to accelerate engineering productivity.
• Design secure, compliant, and auditable systems aligned with PCI DSS and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams, business stakeholders, and senior executives to drive measurable outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to shape AI strategies, present technical solutions, identify opportunities, and support account growth.

Technical Skills

• Programming: Python, Java, or Go; APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Data Engineering: SQL, Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, streaming pipelines, and workflow automation.
• AI/ML: Statistical modeling, fraud and risk analytics, XGBoost, PyTorch, and MLOps.
• Agentic AI: RAG, LLM applications, tool calling, LangGraph, MCP, AI evaluations, and guardrails.
• Payments & Compliance: Card networks, ISO 8583/20022, ACH, RTP, SEPA, SWIFT, settlement, PCI DSS, KYC, and AML.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
