Forward Deployed Engineer (Growth Solutions)

For our client, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Growth Solutions) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will focus on delivering customer-facing software solutions that turn complex business needs into practical, measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with customers, product, and engineering teams to design and implement AI-powered workflows, support solution strategy, and translate field insights into roadmap improvements. This position is ideal for a technically credible problem-solver who can bridge enterprise implementation work with product discovery and customer success.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer solutions
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows for real-world challenges
• Drive measurable business outcomes for customers
• Translate field discoveries into future product developments
• Contribute to a shared knowledge base through learning and mentoring
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on solution strategy
• Serve as a technical advisor during customer discussions and workshops

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience delivering software solutions to enterprise customers
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics technology
• Experience with complex software implementations
• Credibility with technical and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of AI application lifecycle management
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce
