The Team

Embed with enterprise customers and put Point11 to work inside their business: digital twins of their customers and the campaigns that run on them in Point11 Analytics, and Site, Chat, and Voice from Point11 Infrastructure in their live customer journeys. You write in their codebase and ship to their customers. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. What Your First Year Looks Like

• Connect an insurance carrier's customer data so its digital twins reflect who actually buys, then run the Experience campaign that shows where those customers get stuck on its site.
• Deploy Point11 Voice inside the same carrier's customer journey: its CDP, its analytics, its compliance. It goes live.
• Rebuild a Fortune 500 retailer's storefront on Point11 Site, with an MCP server that gives outside agents real-time access to its catalog, pricing, and inventory.

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

• Learn a client's stack, org chart, and constraints, then find exactly where our platform fits
• Debug production during rollouts and present the architecture to VPs of Engineering
• Write the templates and deployment patterns that cut the next engagement in half
• Own the technical relationship. Client feedback goes straight to core engineering as product input
• Fix what breaks at launch, document what works, and make every FDE faster

About You

• You've shipped production software and you're strong across the stack: frontend, backend, infrastructure
• You've integrated enterprise systems: CRMs, CDPs, data warehouses, APIs, SSO/SAML
• You're the engineer others come to when something is ambiguous and has to get done
• You earn trust in a room of executives and respect in a room of senior engineers
• You'll travel up to 50% to client sites. This role is based in Miami.

Even Better If You Have

• Client-facing engineering: solutions engineering, professional services, or consulting
• Deep experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare IT
• Hands-on with AI/ML APIs, conversational AI, or voice agents
• Real exposure to headless commerce, MCP, or agentic architecture
