Overview

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Solution Engineer who combines strong AI engineering capabilities with deep domain fluency to solve complex customer problems and turn AI concepts into production-ready solutions. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role. You will work directly within client environments to understand business and technical challenges, architect solutions, build integrations, and ship production AI applications and workflows.

The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at the intersection of AI/ML engineering, software engineering, solution architecture, and client consulting. You should be able to move from an ambiguous customer problem to a working prototype and ultimately to a reliable production deployment.

Your Role And Responsabilities

• Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their business, data, technology, and AI requirements.
• Translate customer problems into AI-powered technical solutions and production architectures .
• Design, build, integrate, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions within customer environments.
• Develop production integrations using APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications .
• Build prototypes and POCs and rapidly evolve successful solutions into production implementations.
• Develop applications and workflows using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks and tooling .
• Integrate LLMs, generative AI, machine learning models, agents, RAG pipelines, or other AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, where applicable.
• Work with customer data and technology teams to address data access, security, infrastructure, scalability, and deployment requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across application, data, model, infrastructure, and integration layers.
• Navigate the enterprise “integration wall” — legacy authentication (SSO/OIDC/SAML), ETL pipelines, data residency requirements, and security review processes — to get solutions past the sandbox demo and into production.
• Collaborate with internal AI scientists, product managers, platform engineers, and core engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Identify recurring customer requirements and translate them into product and platform improvements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support solution architecture, technical discovery, demonstrations, and strategic customer engagements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, vector databases, or model-serving infrastructure .
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, or modern DevOps practices.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or other enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with enterprise APIs and systems such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Industry/domain expertise in Financial Services, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, or other enterprise industries .
• Experience working directly with CIO, CTO, CDO, data science, engineering, or business stakeholders.
• Consulting, solutions engineering, professional services, or technology implementation experience.

AI Portfolio / Proof of Craft

• A public portfolio proving you can ship working software, not just design it: GitHub repositories with real commit history, deployed demos on Hugging Face Spaces, Streamlit, or Gradio, or other live web applications you have personally built and hosted.
• Please include links to your GitHub profile, live demos, and any open-source contributions with your application. We prioritize evidence of shipped, running systems over slide decks or theoretical descriptions.
