Role Description
We are looking for a US based Manager who can lead client engagements, develop consulting teams, and bridge the gap between business strategy and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the boardroom and the development environment—able to guide executive conversations, lead consulting teams, and personally contribute to the design and development of AI-enabled solutions when needed. They bring strong consulting instincts, technical curiosity, and hands-on experience with data, analytics, automation, and modern AI technologies, allowing them to translate ideas into practical business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and has the experience and judgment to proactively lead engagements, anticipate client needs, and consistently deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while coaching teams and helping drive the growth of our consulting practice.

Strong structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, executive communication, and presentation development skills.

Ability to independently lead engagements, anticipate client needs, and drive workstreams from problem definition through implementation.
