What they need
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong experience in delivering enterprise class business applications.
- 2+ years shipping AI or machine learning systems into production, with demonstrated hands-on agentic or LLM-based work.
- Hand on experience on full stack development tools and technologies.
- Self motivated, independent contributor who can handle analysis and qualification of AI use cases in client-facing, ambiguous environments
- Hands-on experience developing agentic systems using LLMs, including tool use, function calling, multi-step reasoning, and orchestration
- Highly proficient in Python, Java, React and/or TypeScript and other tools
- Experience designing evaluation and guardrail mechanisms for non-deterministic AI systems
- Experience with agent frameworks and harnesses, vector databases, RAG, and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with the public sector technology stack, SGTS and Standard Operating procedures and security needs of Public Sector
