Forward Software Engineer

We are seeking Forward Deployed Software Engineer to join our growing team focused on delivering innovative, client-facing technology solutions. What You'll Do

• Partner directly with clients, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern software engineering practices
• Build AI-enabled solutions, intelligent workflows, and automation capabilities that enhance business processes
• Lead technical discovery sessions and gather requirements for client engagements
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevOps best practices
• Support the responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies across client engagements and internal initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software engineering, full-stack development, or solution engineering
• Strong experience with:
• .NET / C# for back-end development
• React and/or Angular for front-end development
• RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and modern cloud-native architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced English proficiency
