Forwarding Admin

Key Responsibility:

• Prepare and process import and export shipping documents, including BL, DO/EDO, invoices, packing lists and related documents.
• Perform data entry and update shipment details in the forwarding system.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, hauliers, customs brokers, customers and vendors.
• Follow up on DO/EDO release, container status, vessel schedules and shipment clearance.
• Monitor container movement, empty return, free time, demurrage and detention (D&D).
• Prepare and submit documents required for customs clearance and port operations.
• Check shipment documents for accuracy before submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Administrative & Logistics related field is preferrable.
• Able to multitask
• Good communication skills
• Computer Literacy skills
• At least 1-2 years experiences (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
