What they need
Monitor shipment status and provide operational updates when required
Follow up on clearance status and respond to Customs queries, amendments, or additional document requests
Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and timely job closure
Prepare basic operational and clearance-related reports for internal reference or customers
Maintain proper filing and records for audit, compliance, and operational purposes
Perform other operational duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirement
Graduates/Experience in Logistics, Forwarding, or related fields
Language Requirement: Proficient in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheet
Familiarity with DagangNet, Gatepass, and Port Systems is an added advantage
