This position will initially focus on Foundation operations, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities involving corporate events and special projects as the organization develops.

- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, venues, materials, manpower, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure that all activities are properly organized, executed efficiently, and aligned with approved objectives.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements for future activities.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Relations
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with government agencies, LGUs, community organizations, beneficiaries, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
- Represent the Foundation professionally during meetings, coordination activities, and official engagements.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with the CEO, Management, internal departments, and external partners.
- Prepare and present project updates, proposals, recommendations, and operational concerns clearly and professionally.
- Handle negotiations, coordination challenges, and difficult conversations with confidence, diplomacy, and professionalism.
4. Leadership, Initiative & Problem-Solving
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining aligned with Management instructions.
- Proactively research relevant information, identify opportunities, and recommend practical initiatives.
- Anticipate potential problems and develop solutions before they affect project timelines or operations.
- Show persistence, adaptability, and sound judgment when dealing with unexpected challenges or setbacks.
- Take accountability for assigned projects and consistently follow through until completion.
- Exercise initiative while ensuring that major decisions, financial commitments, and project directions remain subject to Management approval.
5. Internal Coordination & Resource Management
- Coordinate with existing RS8 departments to maximize available company resources and support Foundation activities.
- Organize project requirements and communicate responsibilities to involved personnel or departments.
- Monitor assigned deliverables and ensure proper coordination and follow-through.
- Work collaboratively with different departments without requiring an immediately dedicated Foundation team.
- Help identify future manpower and operational requirements as Foundation activities expand.
6. Fieldwork & External Coordination
- Conduct regular fieldwork within Isabela for meetings, coordination activities, site inspections, community visits, and project implementation.
- Coordinate directly with relevant government offices, external organizations, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed.

- As the Foundation becomes more established, the position may expand to include planning, coordination, and execution of other company events and special projects.
- Future assignments may include the Philippine Motorsports League (PML), corporate events, company-sponsored activities, and other projects designated by Management.
- Support the future development of sponsorships, partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and other approved resource-generation activities.
