FOUNDATION OPERATIONS OFFICER

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to secure donations and sponsorships from individual and corporate donors
• Managing the foundation's grant application and reporting processes, ensuring deadlines are met and funding requirements are fulfilled
• Organising and overseeing community engagement events, workshops and initiatives to raise awareness and support for the foundation's work
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community partners and beneficiaries
• Tracking and reporting on the foundation's operational performance to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a community development or non-profit fundraising role
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; relevant experience in NGO or foundation work is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in securing funding from individuals, corporations and grant-making bodies
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the local community and a commitment to Company values and mission
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as social work, community development or business/marketing
• Willing to start ASAP and work ONSITE IN Quezon City

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per hour
