Foundation Repair Analyst/Sales Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Foundation Repair Analyst/Sales Technician to join our team. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to evaluate foundation issues, interpret construction drawings, and develop accurate repair estimates. Your proactive approach will help clients understand their foundation needs while ensuring projects are accurately priced and managed from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial foundations, utilizing blueprint reading and construction drawing review skills to assess repair needs.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to estimate material requirements accurately for foundation repair projects.
• Utilize estimating software and other construction management tools to develop detailed project budgets and cost estimates.
• Manage project estimates from initial assessment through final pricing, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project scope.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to explain repair solutions, negotiate pricing, and manage project expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals using measurement tools while maintaining clear documentation of all estimates and client interactions.
• Assist in managing project timelines, tracking costs, controlling material expenses, and ensuring adherence to contracts for successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Foundation Repair estimating, with a strong background in foundation repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent client communication abilities.
• Familiarity with managing projects as a construction estimator, including cost control and material cost estimating.
• Hands-on construction site experience is highly desirable to understand field conditions thoroughly.
• Knowledge of contracts, pricing strategies, and estimating construction project budgets is essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
