1zu100 is automating construction planning. Together with exceptional architecture firms, we plan multi-unit residential buildings and deliver completed, permitted plans as a service.

TL;DR

We are looking for a generalist with an architecture background who understands that AI is fundamentally changing architecture and wants to be part of it. You work directly with the founders: in the sales process, with clients on their projects, and in running operations. You learn all of it at the same time, and the learning curve is steep.

Your Role

• Sales: You help sell our scalable use cases to architecture offices, developers, and Bauträger, from the first meeting to the follow-up.
• Operations: You help run the company and take on whatever needs doing. No task is too small, and you get real ownership fast.
• Forward deployed: When it counts, you work with our clients on their real projects, inside their offices.
• Fundraising: You are part of our fundraising process and see first-hand how a venture-backed company is built.

Your profile

• A degree in architecture.
• Experience in a high-growth environment (startup, scale-up, or similar).
• High agency and an entrepreneurial drive. You know how much chore work sits in architecture, and you understand that AI will change architecture and construction drastically.
• Fluent German.
• Nice to have: a non-linear CV, experience with AI automation, Rhino, Revit or Grasshopper.
