The role

You will lead the business’s strategy, commercial development and day-to-day operations to build sustainable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning business performance, budgets and profitability.
• Winning new business and strengthening long-term client relationships.
• Recruiting, developing and leading a high-performing team.
• Improving service delivery, operational discipline and credit control.
• Maintaining strong governance and reporting progress to the board.

Your experience

We are looking for an experienced professional services leader with:

• A proven record of growing revenue and managing profitability.
• Experience leading teams and developing senior talent.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and financial discipline.
• An approach built on integrity, accountability and collaboration.
