Role Responsibilities

• Host and facilitate bi-weekly virtual founder meetups with 10 30 attendees, ensuring high engagement and peer-value exchange.
• Curate agenda topics based on startup pain points fundraising, hiring, product-market fit, growth hacking using real-time founder feedback.
• Identify and invite 1 2 guest speakers per session (founders, investors, operators) to share tactical insights and spark QA.
• Track participant growth, session feedback, and ROI metrics; share insights with internal ops to refine future events.
• Build and moderate private Slack/Discord channels for ongoing founder conversations between meetups.
• Represent SAGON as the face of the meetup community cultivating trust, inclusivity, and consistent brand voice.

Skills Qualifications

Must-Have

• Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams (event hosting)
• Slack / Discord (community moderation)
• Notion / Airtable (session planning feedback tracking)
• Active outreach cold messaging (LinkedIn, email)
• Startup ecosystem familiarity (India-focused)
• Event facilitation time management

Preferred

• Experience as a founder or startup operator
• Previous hosting of virtual communities or webinars
• Basic Canva / graphic design for event promotions
