We are looking for an ambitious, highly adaptable Founder s Office Associate to work closely with the founder and help build a new niche jewelry brand from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who enjoys figuring things out, taking initiative, coordinating across functions and turning ideas into execution.

What You ll Do

• Work closely with the founder on cross-functional projects and new initiatives
• Coordinate with jewelry artisans, vendors, packaging suppliers and logistics partners
• Support e-commerce operations , product cataloguing, customer queries and order tracking
• Assist with sales, customer outreach and brand-building activities
• Maintain records of expenses, material costs, inventory and sales
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage daily schedules, action items and project follow-ups
• Use AI and digital tools to create content, emails, product descriptions and SOPs
• Build and improve processes in a fast-moving startup environment

• Comfortable working with numbers, basic bookkeeping and inventory tracking

• English Tamil fluency is mandatory
• Hindi is preferred, especially for vendor communication
