Role Overview:

We are looking for highly driven and execution-focused Founder s Office Interns to work directly with the founders and leadership team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives.

This is not a conventional internship role - you will work across business strategy, operations, growth, supply chain, analytics, and automation projects that directly influence company execution and expansion.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in execution, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment where ownership and speed matter.

Key Responsibilities: A. Business Strategy & Founder s Office Execution:

• Work directly with founders on strategic business priorities and special projects

• Support execution of key initiatives across operations, growth, supply chain, and expansion

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities

• Assist in creating business plans, execution roadmaps, and internal strategy documents

B. Operations & Supply Chain Projects:

• Work on operational improvement and process optimization initiatives

• Support projects related to dark store operations, retailer growth, and supply chain execution

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track execution and resolve bottlenecks

• Assist in building SOPs, workflows, and operational dashboards

C. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze business, operational, and performance data to support decision-making

• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel / Google Sheets

• Generate insights and recommendations based on operational and business metrics

• Support leadership reviews with structured reporting and analysis

D. AI Tools & Automation:

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity and execution speed

• Support automation initiatives across reporting, workflows, and operational processes

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process and tool optimization

• Assist teams in improving execution efficiency using modern productivity tools

E. Project Management & Cross-functional Coordination:

• Track timelines, deliverables, and execution progress across multiple projects

• Coordinate with teams across operations, category, supply chain, HR, and tech functions

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution with minimal supervision

• Support leadership in solving high-priority operational and business challenges

What We re Looking For:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in Engineering, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related fields

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership

• Strong interest in business strategy, quick commerce, operations, and supply chain

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, or similar platforms

• Prior internship experience in startups, consulting, analytics, operations, or strategy roles

• Understanding of B2B commerce, FMCG distribution, or supply chain business models

• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or operational documentation
