R3 Robotics is developing the AI-powered dismantling platform that transforms end-of-life electric vehicle systems into strategic sources of critical materials. As global electrification accelerates, the surge in batteries and e-motors requires automated solutions that manual disassembly cannot provide. We are addressing this industrial bottleneck by enabling the automated dismantling of complex systems at scale through computer vision, artificial intelligence, and specialized robotic tooling.

Following a successful €20M Series A funding round led by HG Ventures and Suma Capital, we are expanding across Europe and preparing for our entry into the United States market in 2026. We partner with major industrial recyclers and automotive OEMs to deliver measurable impact. Your role

This is a founder's-office seat, not a support seat. You report directly to the CEO and pick up whatever's stuck on his desk — urgent, unowned, and needing real execution with little guidance — and move it. That spans a client pitch or investor update to running a technical feasibility work package or unblocking a stalled internal initiative. There's no playbook.

Your responsibilities

• Own one CEO-sponsored strategic pilot or program end-to-end — a major client pitch, an investor-facing initiative, or whatever high-stakes problem needs an owner today.
• Put R3 in front of the market 2–3 times a quarter at events, with investors, and with customers — and come back with qualified leads the commercial team can work.
• Push internal initiatives from idea to shipped improvement, proven with a before/after number.
• Absorb ad hoc CEO requests — hiring pushes, investor and client materials, operational fires — without dropping anything.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a startup/founder role, with at least one stretch of owning something ambiguous and high-stakes end-to-end.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier university; quantitative, business, or engineering field preferred.
• Fluent in English; German or French a plus.
• Has shipped something from zero, alone, with no internal precedent to copy.
• Has stood in front of a room and asked for something — money, a deal, a yes — and gotten it.
• Comfortable owning a vague, urgent mandate with no further instructions coming.
• A technical or engineering background (robotics, hardware, deep-tech) is a plus — this seat sits inside technical feasibility work as often as it sits in front of a client or investor.
• Able to be based on-site in Luxembourg or Karlsruhe and to travel regularly for client- and investor-facing engagements.
