Job Summary

The Founder’s Associate will work closely with the Founder and AVP – Operations on strategic initiatives, business operations, and critical projects. The role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, coordination, and execution skills to drive business priorities, improve processes, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Projects: Support the Founder in executing business initiatives, special projects, and growth opportunities.
• Business Operations: Coordinate with Design, Production, Sales, E-commerce, Finance, HR, and other teams to ensure timely execution.
• MIS & Reporting: Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business analysis for management review.
• Task & Follow-up Management: Track priorities, deadlines, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely closure.
• Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitors, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Business Development: Support new partnerships, client opportunities, collaborations, and strategic initiatives.
• Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, document key decisions, and follow up on action points.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure clear communication and alignment between the Founder and various departments.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business information and management discussions with professionalism and discretion.

Education & Experience

• Graduate or MBA from a reputed institution.
• 2–5 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Experience in the fashion, luxury, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods industry will be a strong advantage.
• Candidates with an understanding of fashion business operations, product development, merchandising, or production coordination will be preferred.
