Founder’s Office Associates

CCRIPT is growing, and I (the founder) need direct help across the business, not through layers of management, but working with me, day to day.

I'm hiring a small group of interns, each reporting directly to me, across five roles:

• Hiring: Build our hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, and closing candidates fast, without sacrificing quality.
• Marketing: Own CCRIPT's brand voice and external presence.
• Sales: Support day-to-day sales activity, outreach, pipeline, follow-up, closing.
• Finance: Track and manage incoming and outgoing finances.
• Executive Assistant: Work directly alongside me on whatever the business needs that week.
• Operations: Keep the day-to-day machine running.
• Product: Help shape what we build next.

What this comes with: Direct mentorship. Near-constant access to me. Real responsibility from day one, not busywork.

Who I'm looking for: Students and early-career professionals. No specific years of experience required. I care more about speed, sharpness, and willingness to grow.
