About ReelSaga

ReelSaga is a microdrama brand creating compelling, short-format vertical stories for digital audiences. We bring together storytelling, product and audience insights to shape how viewers discover and engage with entertainment.

About the Role

We’re looking for an analytical, hands-on individual to work closely with the founder on priorities across Product, Data and Growth.

You’ll turn business questions into insights, help identify opportunities, run experiments and drive projects from idea to execution. This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving startup, takes ownership and can bring structure to ambiguous problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Product: Understand user behaviour, identify friction in the viewer journey and work with product and technology teams to prioritise improvements.
• Data: Analyse acquisition, engagement, retention and monetisation metrics; build dashboards and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Growth: Help design, execute and evaluate experiments across user acquisition, activation, retention and revenue.
• Business research: Study competitors, audience trends and emerging opportunities in microdramas and digital entertainment.
• Cross-functional execution: Coordinate with content, marketing, product and technology teams to move key initiatives forward.
• Founder support: Prepare concise analyses, business cases and progress updates to support decisions and track outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in startups, ideally in product, analytics, growth, strategy or a Founder’s Office role.
• An IIT graduate is preferred, with strong analytical ability and a record of execution.
• A good understanding of product metrics, user funnels, cohort analysis, retention and growth experimentation.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and SQL; familiarity with analytics and dashboarding tools is a plus.
• Ability to connect data with customer behaviour and business decisions.
• Clear communication, structured thinking and strong attention to detail.
• An ownership mindset: comfortable taking initiative, following through and managing multiple priorities.

Good to Have

• Experience with consumer apps, media, entertainment or subscription businesses.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, performance marketing and unit economics.
• Interest in storytelling, microdramas and the viewing habits of Indian audiences.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve research, analysis and workflows.
