Founder's Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the Founders schedule, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and important communications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documents.
• Track assigned tasks and ensure timely follow-up and completion.
• Conduct basic research and provide information required by the Founder.
• Assist with meetings, travel arrangements, and official activities.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of business and management information.
• Handle other responsibilities assigned by the Founder.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA is mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication and professional etiquette.
• Strong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Smart, confident, proactive, and presentable personality.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working with a Founder, CEO, Director, or senior management will be an advantage.
