About the Role

Work directly with the founder across business development, research, operations, partnerships, events, and strategy. This is a hands-on role with exposure to how a growing startup is built and operated.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the founder with daily business priorities
• Conduct market and company research
• Support partnerships and business development
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
• Coordinate with teams and external stakeholders
• Support Business Orbit events and community initiatives
• Take ownership of assigned projects and follow-ups

Requirements

• Strong communication and research skills
• Proactive and willing to take ownership
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable with fast-changing priorities
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, and productivity tools
• Prior experience is not mandatory
