Founder's Office Intern

Acquisition Arc is a client acquisition consultancy. We help high-ticket agencies and coaches scale past $10k, $20k, and $30k per month. We're now launching a brand and web design studio for tech startups, built by a design founder. You'll be the studio's first hire and you will work directly with the founder on day to day operations.

About the role:

Most founder's office internships are research and decks. This one is about execution. You own the founder's daily operating rhythm: what gets planned, what gets done, and what gets fixed for tomorrow. If you're not comfortable holding a founder to his own calendar, this isn't the right role.

Your day :

• 1. 11:30 AM IST, 15-minute stand-up: confirm today's plan and priorities.
• 2. Afternoon check-in by text: look at the calendar and ask whether each block is on track or slipping.
• 3. 11:00 PM IST, end-of-day call (the most important one): audit the day on google sheet, log what happened, and set the KPIs for tomorrow with founder.
• Actively track content and outreach across social media.

What you'll do :

• Run the three daily touchpoints above, Monday to Saturday.
• Manage the founder's Google Calendar and time-tracking software.
• Track KPIs and weekly goals across projects, content and outreach and build the weekly scorecard.
• Once you're settled in, send atleast 50 LinkedIn outreach messages a week to ICP with founder.
• handle light admin tasks

Who can apply :

• Students or freshers who can start immediately.
• Available for the 11:30 AM and 11:00 PM IST calls, six days a week.
• You already run a daily system you can describe in two lines.
• Strong written English.
• Bonus (optional): wants to learn web design and development . tools such as Figma, framer, claude.

What you'll get :

• A 2-month paid internship at INR 5,000/month (INR 10,000 total), plus a completion certificate.
• A full-time role after the internship, offered on performance. It isn't guaranteed.
• A letter of recommendation for a strong internship.
