Please 𝗗𝗢𝗡'𝗧 apply for this remote internship if you only rely on a "perfect" resume. 🚨
At 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗔𝗺𝗿𝗶𝘁, we are building a modern Indian mukhwas and digestive brand (𝘏𝘢𝘳 𝘡𝘢𝘪𝘲𝘦 𝘬𝘢 𝘒𝘩𝘢𝘻𝘢𝘯𝘢!), and we are opening up applications for a 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻.
Here is the catch: we are throwing the traditional hiring rulebook out the window.
❌ We don’t care about your college tier.
❌ We don’t care if you have prior FMCG experience.
❌ We don’t need you to be "highly trained."
Why? Because we can teach you how to write copy, use AI tools, or organize an e-commerce catalog in 3 days. We can’t teach you how to care.
We are looking for 𝟭–𝟮 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 to work remotely right alongside the founders.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:
🌱 𝗗𝟮𝗖 & 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Brainstorming product promos, catalog layouts, and social media hooks for our mouth fresheners and digestives.
🚀 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 & 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Finding scrappy, creative ways to scale our digital footprint and e-commerce presence.
⚡ 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: A raw, unfiltered crash course in how a consumer product business operates from the inside out.
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁:

Someone who treats a remote role with 100% ownership (we hate micromanaging).

Someone with a ruthless "I'll figure it out" attitude.

Someone who values steep learning curves, founder mentorship, and real startup hustle over comfort zones.
